Every province plays by different advertising rules
Dental advertising is regulated provincially, and the rules differ. Provincial regulators such as the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, the Alberta Dental Association and College and the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan each set their own expectations for how a practice can describe itself, handle testimonials, and make claims about its services.
